Training is Essential
Training is such an essential part of functioning and growth. To understand principles of leadership knowledge is passed from one leader to the next and we are so fortunate to have great excitement and potential paired with established leadership from both girls and adult leaders.
Venturing offers so many established and proven leadership training possibilities.
Bring on the future we will take it and make it!

And so it begins ....
Girls are so amazing. They are smart, fun, energetic, full of ideas and dreams, talented, born leaders, inspiring, and I could go on forever. The more opportunities that they have the more they grow. Venturing crews give girls the opportunity to exercise talents and grow. Crew 656 formed as an All-Girls Venturing Crew to meet these needs and these girls have been excited to be pioneers in this regard.
From Day 1 there has been an excitement to do,experience, learn and grow.
As I also currently work with Varsity Scout boys of similar ages It has been fun to compare the excitement that these girls bring to everything from planning activities and service projects to leading meetings.
I return to the initial observation, Girls are amazing!!!
